    • Product name(s)
    • Reason for return
  2. Return Instructions: Once approved, we’ll send return packaging guidelines. Please ensure products are securely packed to avoid damage.

💳 Refund Process

  • Approval & Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
    • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
